Rewarding top quality work and excellence in production is part of our culture. Our Chairman’s Club, hosted in the spring every year, is one no one wants to miss. It’s an opportunity for us to celebrate our top loan officers and all they have achieved in the past year. For a few days, they take a break from the daily grind and enjoy beautiful beaches, once in a lifetime experiences and extravagant dinners. It’s also a great time to spend quality time with teammates and managers who become like family. With all of the tools that TowneBank Mortgage provides to our loan officers to help them succeed, our goal is always to have as many members of our sales team traveling to the trip each year as possible.
